5. Content Ownership & Rights

Merchants confirm that:

  • They own or have rights to all submitted content
  • Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property

6. Platform Rights

goodnews.my reserves the right to:

  • Reject or remove any content
  • Request verification or supporting documents
  • Suspend or terminate merchant access
  • Remove misleading or harmful promotions

without prior notice.

7. No Endorsement

Publication on goodnews.my does not constitute endorsement or verification by the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

goodnews.my shall not be liable for:

  • Any business losses
  • Customer disputes
  • Misinterpretation of promotional content
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

9. Indemnity

Merchants agree to indemnify and hold harmless goodnews.my from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their content or business activities.
